In this episode’s “sticky notes” I discuss the disastrous Federal Reserve quantitative easing program and why it distorted, and slowed down, our economic activity. Despite this, former Fed Chairman Ben Bernanke continues to defend this program. I also discuss the state of California and its leveraging of its massive population to implement a liberal agenda across the country and the means by which it is accomplishing this. The core topic of today’s show is a discussion of the Common Core education standards which have become a flash-point for Conservatives fighting for educational innovation and freedom. I explain the reasons why this program has been so damaging to the quality of education and the ability of local governments to control their own schools.
